Welcome to Remaply, an interactive geospatial address mapping platform designed to facilitate the identification, standardization, and virtual registration of individual locations through user-generated digital codes. Access to Remaply constitutes acceptance of a multi-layered framework of conditions, which you are legally and contractually bound to adhere to, whether or not you engage with all modules or features.

The Remaply system integrates real-time geographic input, encoded geohash infrastructure, and programmatic location claims into a unified user interface designed to help users generate and manage virtual postcodes, improve service delivery, and enhance personal safety through geolocation.

By engaging with Remaply in any capacity, including browsing, account creation, location claiming, API interaction, or third-party integration, you unconditionally agree to the procedural terms, binding responsibilities, enforcement measures, and regulatory disclaimers that follow, including any annexes or referenced sub-policies.

• Remaply: Refers to the web and mobile applications, services, and systems provided under the Remaply brand.
• User: Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Remaply.
• Virtual Address: Refers to the geospatially mapped digital postcode assigned to a location.
• Emergency Integration: Refers to any functionality designed to interface with first responders, warning systems, or public safety networks.

You must have reached the legal age of digital majority as defined by your country of residence, which in no case shall be less than 13 years of chronological age. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and possess the full legal and cognitive capacity to enter into binding contracts. In jurisdictions requiring additional oversight for minor engagement, a legal guardian’s express authorization is required.

Verification of eligibility may be requested and enforced through identity confirmation mechanisms, automated filters, or periodic user audits at the discretion of the platform administrator. Failure to meet eligibility requirements, or the presentation of falsified credentials or misrepresented data, constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, deletion, or legal escalation without further notice.

Users are required to provide complete, accurate, and current personal and technical details when creating and maintaining a Remaply account, including but not limited to name, email address, contact details, and device information. Failure to do so may result in degraded service quality or enforcement action.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and access control of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure such information, including password reuse, non-unique identifiers, or session hijacking, will be attributed to you, and any resulting consequences shall be borne in full by you.

Users agree not to share accounts, impersonate others, or allow proxy access. Suspected compromise must be reported immediately to Remaply through an official support channel.

Remaply is not a government-certified address registry and is not a substitute for official documentation used in postal delivery, national identity systems, voter registration, land claims, or legal residence determination. Any use of a Remaply-generated postcode or location profile in such contexts is entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk. Remaply disclaims liability for any outcome arising from such use.

Permitted activities include:

• Digital acquisition, verification, and management of virtual geospatial addresses
• Receipt of location-based information streams
• Voluntary transmission of location data
• Participation in address quality improvement programs
• Integration with gig economy platforms
• Support for eCommerce optimization
• Interfacing with payment platforms for identity verification and fraud prevention

Users agree not to engage in unlawful activity, falsify location data, impersonate individuals or entities, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, distribute malicious software, or disrupt platform operations.

Remaply includes optional safety and emergency functionality that may be activated at the user’s discretion. These features are provided on a best-effort basis and may include real-time geolocation sharing, disaster alerts, and address-based emergency signaling. These features rely on third-party partnerships and do not guarantee emergency response outcomes.

Users are advised to continue reliance on traditional emergency services and are expressly prohibited from using Remaply as a substitute for official emergency mechanisms.

Remaply may require the submission and verification of a phone number as part of account registration, authentication, security enforcement, emergency communications, service notifications, or future informational or marketing communications.

Users may be required to verify possession of a phone number by receiving a one-time passcode via SMS during registration, login, account recovery, or other security-sensitive actions. By submitting a phone number and proceeding with such workflows, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages for verification and security purposes.

Remaply may utilize third-party telecommunications providers, including but not limited to Twilio or similar services, to deliver SMS or related messaging. Messages may originate from phone numbers provisioned in Australia, the United States, or other jurisdictions based on availability and operational requirements. Message frequency may vary based on user actions, emergency conditions, service communications, or marketing campaigns. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and service plan.

All elements of the Remaply platform, including interface design, software architecture, algorithms, data models, proprietary datasets, and derived content, are the intellectual property of Remaply or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Unauthorized duplication, extraction, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

By uploading content, users grant Remaply a perpetual, royalty free, sublicensable license to use such content within the scope of the Service.

Remaply operates as a continuously evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and users waive any expectation of uninterrupted access.

Remaply may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform features, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Remaply disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Remaply is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or governmental actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user is physically or permanently located at the time of use, including jurisdictions within the Pacific Island region. Disputes may be brought in any competent jurisdiction where Remaply operates or maintains a legal presence.

Remaply integrates with third-party platforms such as payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and app marketplaces. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Remaply assumes no liability for third-party services.

Users are solely responsible for submitted content. Remaply may remove or restrict content that violates legal or platform standards and enforces a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or misinformation.

Users agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes prior to initiating legal proceedings. If unresolved within 30 days, legal action may proceed under the governing law.

Remaply aims to provide accessible services across diverse connectivity environments and device types, particularly within the Pacific region.

Material changes to these Terms may be communicated via in-app notice or registered email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Remaply does not voluntarily disclose user data unless legally compelled. All requests are reviewed for jurisdictional validity and enforceability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remaply and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

Beta or experimental features are provided without guarantees and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

User data is retained as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Anonymized data may be retained for analytics and optimization. Emergency access logs are anonymized after 90 days.
